There is no "business" in the business of enforcing laws, that's an inherently government function. Of course Obama wasn't a businessman, never claimed to be and neither did Saint Ronnie or Eisenhower or Lincoln. On the other hand, Warren Harding, generally considered at least among the worst if not the worst President, was a businessman. You may not be aware, but since 1983 OMB Circular A-76, anything not inherently governmental is required to be contracted to the private sector, so the federal government is by definition left with only inherently governmental functions. While striving to make government more efficient is a noble goal, I think it's far more important to know how it works and run it effectively, which is very different from running a business.
Do you think we should eliminate all tax collection, environmental laws, and securities laws, or just have everyone self-enforce? What is the price you put on clean air and water, apparently $0? What is your ideal country that's implemented your dystopian vision of no environmental or securities laws and no taxes, I can think of a few Islamic and failed states? Do you actually give even a second of thought to these "ideas", or just spew them out? And what does this have to do with establishing an account with IB as an S Corp (That's what this thread is about, by the way)?
