i called in my order but market had already dropped back down before I got filled. Got reconnected but order didn't show. Disconnected again and called, told them to get me the fuck out, they suck, it has been almost 2 weeks of constant problems. I'm filling out the paperwork for my new broker right now. I've had it with them.
Ditto. The tick and volume charts are still messed up too. I have been a happy OEC customer for many years. Must say that I, too, am getting tired of these perpetual software updates and upgrades. Wish they would limit themselves to one upgrade every 6 months and do a lot more beta-testing before releasing it for general use.
When I called the second time I told them their system sucks, they cost me a ton of money today and I'm tired of it he asked if I could call back later to discuss my problems. I am furious at this point. Just when you thought they had it fixed they fuck up again, unbelievable.
