    These retards have had about 4 days to address this shit and nothing! Here's an idea: back out the change you made that caused the disconnection problems.

    i called in my order but market had already dropped back down before I got filled. Got reconnected but order didn't show. Disconnected again and called, told them to get me the fuck out, they suck, it has been almost 2 weeks of constant problems. I'm filling out the paperwork for my new broker right now. I've had it with them.

    I have been a happy OEC customer for many years. Must say that I, too, am getting tired of these perpetual software updates and upgrades. Wish they would limit themselves to one upgrade every 6 months and do a lot more beta-testing before releasing it for general use.

    When I called the second time I told them their system sucks, they cost me a ton of money today and I'm tired of it he asked if I could call back later to discuss my problems. I am furious at this point. Just when you thought they had it fixed they fuck up again, unbelievable.
