Probably they have very low volume traded on the connection to Liffe so they need to promote it...

 

If you read the site, it clearly says "Open E Cry celebrates its newest connection to the world’s exchanges with a SPECIAL OFFER through the end of 2007."

So, that's why.

I'm amazed at how many here can't simply take the time to read something before providing feedback.
