infinity good firm, which is a ib of transact futures, a satisfied customer, no complaints. better off going directly with transact if you don't need a broker, much better rates for sure..
I'm sure I'll regret asking this, but care to elaborate on how OEC screwed up trades and that it wasn't user error perhaps? I've never had an issue with OEC messing trades up. And if there's ever a problem, they are receptive to making the situation right.
