Platform down. Their phones return the busy signal. Emails to info@openecry.com are bouncing back. Anybody know what's going on?
They haven't had an outage in a very long time but this one was a doozy! I had 8 ES contracts on at the time and it took me a half hour after redialing a gajillion times to get through and get orders with trades desk to exit trade and cancel pending orders. Not sure how this dust will settle for my account but I'm not happy. Their website and everything was down. Looks like it just now came back up at 11:13 CDT.
The website is back up, but it appears to be brand new. Don't tell me they pulled everything to do a freakin website update!
Website has been updated for a week or so now. I was out too, like MBA said, it has been a long time since we had one like that.
