What loop holes. Non US law is not US law !! It doesn't stand. If something is illegal, against the law of the land, whatever name it is being called, sharia law or whatever, what the hell exactly is your problem? What are you trying to ban. What are you so scared of, so paranoid about that you want to ban a problem that would be illegal anyway? Is it illegality itself you're after banning?
Whatever it is doesn't sound very healthy.

A highway patrolman pulled over an elderly lady, after asking for her ID and Insurance papers the patrolman realized she had a concealed carry permit. The officer returned to her car and asked her about her permit. She responded by telling the officer that she had a 9mm Glock in her armrest compartment, a 45 in the glove box and a 380 in her purse.

The officer asked her "so many weapons, what are you afraid of?"

She replied, "not a damn thing"

Stu, I'm not afraid or scared "of a damn thing".

If it's already banned under our law, then what's the fuss? There's many redundant laws on the books. If the People of Oklahoma want to enact a law that is already covered by another, that's their right to do so.

That's the way it used to be anyway.

Frankly I'm surprised congress hasn't figured out a way to disband all 50 state legislators in favor of running local affairs from Washington.

Some words that come to mind here are paranoia, xenophobia, hysteria, reactionary, and irrational. Boogey man fear is right.

It certainly is not their right to enact unconstitutional law.

You end up with a country of cowering pussies acting like Oklahoma is, so shit scared of their own trembling shadows they start trying to establish cowardly unconstitutional law, to make something that's illegal - illegal! (duh)

Distracted by that crap whilst even further unconstitutional behavior happens right under their noses without any similar desire to restrain , in the form of excessive state and federal interference, too much law, intrusion of giant government, over regulation and uncontrolled deficits.

In my opinion you want to get priorities sorted.

  7. That's EXACTLY what they're doing... in a "frog market" sense so that we don't realize we're being cooked and jump.

EVERYTHING the Founders envisioned and set up for us is being systematically dismantled by the Federal Government.

At some point, America will be like the Soviet Union before its collapse... or even Nazi Germany (we're already closer than 90% of American greedy-bastard sheeple realize.) And we'll all sit back and wonder, "how the Hell did that happen??"

Need a tissue for your issue Stu? Seemed a little worked up there buddy. Constitutionality is a matter of populace vote, if enough folks want it changed there's provisions to go about it.

Btw, there's nothing unconstitutional about the proposal.

Our priorities are straight, it's you who needs to pull your head out of the sand or your ass, not sure exactly which is the case, but from the smell of your posts I'd say the latter.
