Maybe the solar panels aren't clean? They need to offer clean solar panel jobs to compete with all the clean coal jobs.
Windmills are and interesting dilemma. I was traveling through France last summer and was surprised by the great number of windmills everywhere we drove, from the northwest to the northeast of the country. But I learned later that France actually has few of them compared to many other European nations. In the US, I lived in California where most windmills are concentrated in specific areas, like Livermore in the north or Alta down in LA. Other than those, it's not so common to see windmills in CA.
Seriously?!? These are all Trumpists farmers who are generational Republicans and fear anything different.
Solar panels, while not the worst polluter for power generation are not necessarily good for the environment. https://kubyenergy.ca/blog/the-positive-and-negative-environmental-impacts-of-solar-panels
Incredibly doubtful (citation needed), then again you fall for anything and right wingers posing as lefties is an old grift (Kyrsten Sinema as "green party", Manchin as "pro average Joe", Bari Weiss & Dave Rubin as "pro-free speech", etc...). What's the Dilemma, a few dead birds? The French have an abundance of green energy from nuclear so them having less wind mills make sense. I much prefer them over panels due to land use (if talking green land).
I visited a wind turbine in Germany. It was right in the middle of a farm, and didn't take up much space at all.
nothing is amazing for the environment but solar panels have fewer drawbacks and work.well.in large open land environments. the article you cited.simply says there are plusses and minuses. Plusses.still far outweight minusses of other forms of energy.
