sorry for Jumping in this late into this... the "free" thing is a major issue, offering this would cause a major overhead in the company, trough the flood of registrations that ultimately end up in failure. that is mostly the reason for a fee to be charged, as the fee does represent a physical commitment. we tried Free-Enrolment this for a week or so and got thousands of signups, but only 2 users (yes TWO) got funded in the end. the administrative overhead, eg. cost of operation is just massive if doing it "free". as most users signing up just see "50k free" and completely ignore the fact that they playing with other peoples money.
