My GF has a 3 year ARM that will reset on Feb 1, 2009. The reset is based on the 1 year Treasury Bill Constant Maturity note plus an index. Since that's not the same as the 1 year Treasury, is there any trackable symbol that I can watch? I know the Fed publishes the number every week, but is it an actual chartable thing?
