Maybe the paper wasn't meant to be "read" but instead used for lining cat litter boxes, bird cages or used to wrap catfish.
That reminds me. I'm pretty sure it's a college credit course. The last 2 years the HS started offering college credit classes in school for $350 a pop. She signed up for 2 and that may be why she has to subscribe to the times.
