On a scale of 1-10 how bad is our current situation?

1 would be a great booming economy
10 would be absolute disaster

Can't be that bad. We have plenty of money for politics. Obama raised something like $36 mill in Jan. and Hillary claims to have raised $35 mill in Feb.
Where is all the money coming from?
