Thanks for the supplement links. I looked for some you listed in various forms (particularly the CoQ powder) and I don't think I came across iherb. They have a new customer now. Funny how my training and diet is suddenly coming together again due to a confluence of factors. I never quit training but was in kind of a rut. I recently set up a new home training area to supplement the gym I go to, got some recipe ideas from LEAPup in an earlier thread and now this one. Been at this for a long time but I'm always open to new ideas - you have to be if you want to progress.
Here's what the CoQ10 looks like approx 18hrs after adding to the warm coconut oil. It will eventually solidify/become homogenous. ~56g added to 13oz of coconut oil:

I'm getting a receptor grade IGF that's literally blown the gropep out of the water, and gropep used to be the "gold standard" among the top NPC, and IFBB. If you're getting Increlex, you've done it up right. Btw, what's your dosing schedule with it? Mine is 50mcg on w/o days post w/o. I tried it pre-w/o, but the pumps were so painful, I couldn't get much done. I also had to sip high glucose shit while training, as I'd wind up going hypo if not. That's not a good thing in any way shape or form.
Btw, for those of you reading this, drown knows his shit w/ a medical background, and from what I've read. Best thing is LISTEN to what he says. I was once damned serious about this until I discovered alcohol 6yrs ago, to "help" me sleep after two OIF tours. I even smoked cigarettes when I drank, and until recently, came clean of this total nightmare lock, stock and barrel. Bodybuilding (plus Jiu Jitsu), was my life at one time, and I was dumb enough to find something else that made me feel "better" WHILE DOING IT. NOT afterwords! I was a former NPC guy who lived the life, and later caved in to ignorance, and have been "coming back" since in the last 6 months. Yes, I have been on trt (200mg depo test/week), since, but also have atrophied from the alcohol abuse, and paid for it. Don't go there. Either get all the way in, or get all the way out. There's no in between... I can point out that there's so many idiots out here saying IFBB pro did this , and that, but it's about LONGEVITY, vs a short term deal that I guarantee you will cause you harm if you go the short term/"easy" way. One "former pro" (lower case on purpose), claims ___ IFBB Pro used 100+ IU's/pharm grade GH/day. I haven't called him out on this, but probably should as I know the former Mr. Olympia personally he's talking about as we once did a similar job, and we talked often. ___ IFBB Pro NEVER used that amount of GH, and even though he wasn't what I'd consider to be a "smart cookie," he was at least smart enough to know what not to do. And 100+ IU's GH/day = DISASTER! And what's sad is there's a cult following of this dickhead spewing this nonsense to others who may actually have enough $$$ to try it. And try it they may, and wind up with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, or other major league issues. Anyhow, here's what was this evening's dinner: Mediterranean pan-roasted Salmon 1 tsp Basil 1 tsp garlic powder (DO NOT buy the cheap shit. Buy McCormick's gourmet for $2 more, or something comparable. The grocery store stuff is shit.) 1/2 tsp Oregano 1/2 tsp rosemary 1/2 tsp Sicilian sea salt 1lb FRESH (not farm-raised) Salmon 2 TBS Extra virgin olive oil 2 TBS sugar (Yes, cut this out if cutting b/f) 1 large Fennel hub 1 cup cherry tomatoes lemon juice to taste Cover, and steam over medium heat for the first 6 mins, then stir gently. After another 6 mins you're done. Takes a "whopping" 15 mins to prep to table. I'd rather not go o/t in this thread, but will give the occasional idea here and then. And btw, triple these ingredients, and store the rest IMO as long as you'll consume it all w/in a week. If doing a show, and are three weeks out despite your conditioning, shelf this. Three weeks out is another thread for another day... @ 3 weeks out, taste is no longer a concern...
