Yeah, I was wondering where you were at. This one's right up your alley. :)

Ok, I've been up past my bedtime lol, researching some of these I've never heard of before. Even the national level competitors I know, are lost when it comes to the above as am I. I'm curious if you have time:
(The gh, IGF, ala, acetly l-carnitine, and dhea, I'm familiar with, but the others, no.)
    - What was your protocol into working up to these doses?
    - What sides should be expected on the way up to these doses?
    - You always pick purity above the other junk. What brands besides the CoQ10 do you like?

Damn! This thread could trump threads on bodybuilding boards. Lol!

I'm into this stuff. Just not anywhere where drown is with it. This should be a good thread.

I ran Clomid by itself, for three months. First few weeks = 6.25 EOD. Next few weeks = 12.5 mg EOD. Last few weeks = 25 mg ED.

Several published studies report it partially restores sexual ability in hypo-gonadal men with ED.

During that time, I went from about a zero to a 2 or 3, on a 10 point scale. Libido/wood wise. Marginal benefit that didn't outweigh the risks, in my case.

  5. Hmm I would say get bloodwork done to see how everything really is. That would be the best bet probably. There are several products that could help with it just depending on the specific cause.

Or just go ahead and get on TRT

haha might come down to America to get bloodwork. Docs don't wanna order bloodwork and we can't requisition it ourselves here, without MD order. Coming to a socialized healthcare system near you...

That said, I'm going by how I feel on the Aromasin.

  7. Just found this thread. I used to be a competitive rower. I hurt my back in my early 20s. It got so bad that I could barely get in or out of a car in under 2 minutes. All the doctors I saw said spinal fusion or pain killers neither of which I was interested in. My weight had slowly crept from 195 to 245 about a 15 months ago.

I was struggling to keep up with my (then 2 years old) daughter. I decided to fuck what all the doctors were saying and get back in the gym. I decided to swim and do starting strength in the beginning. I had to swim for about 1/2 hour and then hot tub before I could lift or my back would seize up during warm ups.

My first day lifting I couldn't believe how weak I had become. I squatted 85 lbs, couldn't even get below parallel and I was sore for 5 days. Fast forward to today. I now back squat 300 lbs. I joined an weightlifting club a few months ago. My max clean and jerk is 95 kilos and my snatch is 75. Obviously not huge numbers but not bad for a guy who was about as broken as it gets. More importantly my back doesn't bother me at all, I squat ass to heels and I can easily keep up with my 3-year old.

  9. Don't worry - I have a sense of humor and luckily so do most of the women at the gym :) My goal is to snatch 100 kgs which would be right around body weight but progress has slowed.

  10. (Titrating up) Bowel tolerance. None of these doses will be any problem for any child -> adult.

    - No sides. Metabolically, you may notice a 1-3/10ths of a degree increase in temp.

    - Brands:

Costco Resveratrol (limit to 500mg daily for first two weeks)

I don't use the TA-65 any more. Get this instead: http://www.iherb.com/Nature-s-Plus-...sc=0&lc=en-US&w=astragalus&rc=61&sr=null&ic=1

The remainder are ubiquitous and available anywhere. Search iherb for the D3, multivitamin, etc. I use Genotropin and Increlex (GH and IGF, respectively)

Regarding iherb. They are located in NorCal and are geographically efficient for me. I get everything in a day. The discounts are great once your order exceeds $90. They are essentially the Amazon of supplements. I have no affiliation other than spending North of $5k/year there.
