VERY interesting in more ways than one... Imagine if you could provide a product that would "allow" someone to use Anadrol with half the liver sides.. $$$$$$$$$$$$$ would be your name, lol. And damn, none of your stuff's on ANY bodybuilding boards! Am in the process of starting my own board for iron heads, and it will be without the steroid section. Why? The BEST bodybuilding boards I've ever seen have zero steroid sales/discussions forums, as they already have elite athletes posting, and zero need to sell, or procure more, as the connections there dwarf the "connections" the typical steroid discussion bb board has. Ironic huh? Guys seek out steroid discussion discussion bodybuilding boards, then wind up paying to give their semi-gym rat gf's tbol instead of the var they though they had.. Yeah, please don't ask how I would know that.:(:D Just glad I caught it two weeks in. Yeah, two weeks and female on 50mg tbol caps instead of 15mg var she was used to... What a sore subject that one is! Funny now though.:D

I spend a good bit of time typing out what I'm thinking (lol), and used to get paid to get guys contest prepped. And yeah, paid Tom Prince $5,000 (the name should give an idea of how old:( I'm getting lol), to get me prepped for a big show back when; paid serious $ Chad Nicholls as well, and ouch!

I know I'd do well with a bb board, but WILL NOT load it with mods who basically repeat what they've read elsewhere. Board I modded at is that way, and I had to laugh when the other mods there actually never dreamed of Anadrol for contest prep, lol! Was all alone there.

As for moderating, I actually like how it's done here, and want the bbying version of that. Have one very good friend IFBB Pro I'll train with at times, know Dave Palumbo personally (oh, he'll want paid, trust me:rolleyes:, but is one of the nicest guys bbing has ever seen), and three National-level NPC guys. WOULD absolutely have you there to Mod. And occasional pop in would be fine. I'd spend most of the time making sure everything's rolling smoothly. Your stuff's over the top, beyond cutting edge, and after getting traction via new members*, GUARANTEE you'd reap benefits, via hard to find quality stuff, plus be around others who are damned serious vs the "play around with gear, lift now and then, protein shakes only" 23 year old's looking to get laid, thinking they're gonna be Arnold..

Now if I could just get Baron to PM me back. I'm curious about his standpoint as a board owner, as I also guarantee there are pitfalls I'm missing, and want to know them far ahead of time. But again, you'd be a serious Mod there, and the name "Atticus" would rule, but that's just my .02...

    * Yes, I would invite two sources to post there, but no one would "know" them as an open source. One Russian, the other from Romania. Both the best of the best, bar none. And both actual bodybuilders, using their own stuff. Makes a huge difference.. Board would be a class act, with only the best hand-picked from the beginning. I'm almost inclined to make it pre-approval only for any new member, as the best peptide forum on the globe started that way, and has grown massive.

Monthly cost for an individual of the stuff that I consider essential -- some of the more exotic compounds are left out. I forgot DHEA and 7 Keto. Essential for those over 35.

  3. Just read the comments about renal clearance concerns above 150g pro. For those staying under that number, how are you handling macro splits, post-workout meal, and BCAAs? In addition to alleviating some health risks, it's a bit of a relief to read this since it can be a real chore hitting some of the recommended (elevated) protein target numbers...especially when not eating at home.

Now that's a deal! Piss ant $ for the health benefits! I used to flip backwards when modding a bb board where guys bitched, and raised hell over the cost of a simple vitamin and mild supplement regimen, but spend $850 per 126iu Serostim kit, and wanted more.. Lol!

Considering food is 70% of the entire picture for me, I couldn't live without this:
    http://www.sixpackbags.com/expert-innovator-500.html
And I don't travel anymore! Lol! If you travel any at all, you need one of these like yesterday. And just starting out, get this one IMO: http://www.sixpackbags.com/expert-innovator.html

I'll defer to the op to answer your question, but I do feel you're going overboard worrying about renal clearance of protein, when in modern medicine, med schools spend a whopping 4 hours covering male hormoes, and even less time on ACTUAL nutrition. No, you'll not like the answer from 95% of the med community on proteins, and kidneys, urea, etc., You'd need to find a MD who actually works in the area of hrt, which always includes a knowledge of nutrition that rivals anything a GP could fathom, as they'll just rattle off what they were told in med school. Viscous cycle..
Now a MD who trains with weights, bodybuilds, or is a serious athlete requiring strength, and mass... That's who I wanna hear from all day!

Prior to harming my liver with alcohol, my regimen example (this one, cutting regimen),

    Breakfast
10 wee whites (I just caught that, and will leave it for laughs! Wee whites? EGG! Lol)
1 cup oatmeal sweetened with 1tsp local honey.
1 cup green tea, nothing else in it.

    Two and half hrs later:
Grilled chicken wrap, in a spinach wrap, lettuce, and a shot of evoo, and red wine vinegar
    10g BCAA
    5g L-Arginine

    Weights, then:
50 grams Muscle Feast premium blend
http://www.vitargo.com/faq/ (don't ask how I know, but this brand has quite the following among insulin-using bodybuilders. I'm not one, however, due to genetics-diabetics in family:(
    10g BCAA
Numerous other supps, but that's not your question(s)

    45mins-one hour later:
8-9oz Grilled skinless, boneless chicken breast
    Half sweet potato
    Mixed vegetables
    Green veg of all sorts
    10g BCAA's
    Again, other supps

    Two and half hrs later
6oz lean beef, or lean pork wrapped in a sundries tomato wrap
Salad with evoo, and red wine vinegar
    More supps

    2.5hrs later (again, lol)
8oz Talapia, or 6oz salmon (fresh wild, no farmed in Egypt kinda garbage, lol)
    Brown rice
    Salad
    More supps

Before bed, more aminos, more supps, more BCAA's, and 25g Muscle Feast made into a pudding.

You can see I'm going over 150g protein, and my kidneys haven't turned into a 69 Camaro's air cleaner, lol. When cutting, I do go less protein. But when building mass, I'm around 400g/day. That foes in the face of the former thinking, that cutting took all the protein, while mass building was much more carbs. Well, is actually more protein, and yes, the only difference between the above is more carbs. Is simple stuff, yet 98% of the gyms will never do it. Am close to 245 at the moment. 42 yrs old, 12.5-13% body fat, and 5'10" (was 5'11" last damned time I checked!!:( Wtf? Oh well... A, going to be using the exact same as above (with variety, of course), and going down into the single digits as I was supposed to be doing this Summer until a liver problem came up. Fucking alcohol! Well, actually it's not the alcohol's fault. It didn't jump in my system.. Gonna be doing something to reverse liver damage, and hope Convexx doesn't mind the occasional questions, as my medical knowledge would be as up to date as a printing press, lol!

And btw, run away from the "just get your macros" crowd, as some of them actually try to do that over two meals (lazy), and wonder why it's pure shit, lol! They've got some good points, but like anything, have taken it down the "wrong roads," leading to confusion, and no results.

Damn, just caught that post as I was looking for the supp list! And damned agreed! Is funny, as I break an aspirin every morning. When I gave blood this weekend, they asked about aspirin, and I know why they did, but was honest as half an aspirin isn't gonna bleed anyone receiving. Of course, if I were a General Surgeon, can imagine I'd reject the bags

You had mentioned a "no cancer worries" regimen, and was thinking NAC was in it. Guess I need to go back further in the thread, or did you PM that? Any memory-improving supps you can recommend..:D
Anyhow, gonna be using high doses of NAC (per our conversation re liver), and have considered taking it daily for life. Was it 1.8g/poqd NAC for health maintenance regimen?

  9. Thanks for laying that out. You're carrying around more mass, but our grams / lb lean mass are pretty close. Yeah, I gave into intermittent fasting a while back and it's been a pretty good fit for me. I eat 3 times between 12 - 8. Strength gains have been on par with my old 6 meals / day approach and it's been easier to keep bodyfat levels in check (always the issue for me). Anyhow, if I could drop my pro intake, I'd be all for it since it's a nuisance ordering two extra chicken breasts with dinner all the time.

If it works, stick with it. And two chicken breasts are probably too much protein per mea, unless you're a big boy. I weigh mine raw, and normally have to cut them. Now I can see if you're at Wendy's, or chick fila, etc., their grilled chicken breasts are small, puny, to begin with. And absolutely click on the link I provided for getting around with your meals. You'll put an inch on your arms just ordering this! Lol! Actually, everyone who's serious needs one of these, as the food's most of the game. No, I don't own sixpackbags, lol. If I did, would have every current IFBB Pro's attention, as they all use these. (Except for Ronnie Coleman, who actually used to travel with a cooler, with whole chickens in it. No, I'm not kidding. Lol)
    Best wishes
