Outstanding Convex! Congrats! Also, your supps look great! Your liver thanks you for the NAC. You had a blood panel done yet? Reason I ask, is Ive used var over the years, and no issues. Maybe just a slight elevation of liver enzymes, slight decrease in HDL plus, the ever "nice" elevated LDL, but not more than a few points over normal. Well... Most recently, @60mg poqd var, my enzymes were close to 300, HDL decreased from 47 to 25, LDL increased from 101 (already elevated 0-99 normal), went to 150. Besides eating too much read meat (as evidenced from above LDL), I eat spotless clean. Needless to say, dropped the var. four months later, all back in normal ranges. I'm just curious what some of you guys blood panels are like with var, and of course, the other goodies, lol.

11-oxo? I thought it was some pro hormone version of Primobolan since Arnold was mentioned. Lol! What kind of results and sides did you observe?

Is this the R3 you're using?

    Sides, results?

    Var dose?

I've not been in the 400's (455/1 max), for 12 years. Congrats to you!

I get a full panel done twice a year. Not necessarily related to any cycles as I do so few.

I am on only 10mg var, but I am very sensitive to gear. 3IU GH as well.

11-OXO (Pat Arnold/Prototype Nutrition) is a very mild adrenal AS. No sides other than mild stomach upset. Definitely take with food (fat source). I cannot really differentiate between what gains were from var or OXO, but both lean you out. Var is actually liver-friendly at low-dose as you probably know.

    I was referring to R3 IGF-1.

This is what I get for being a lazy bastage, only reading back so far. Had no clue.. I was wondering why convex's posts sounded familiar. Damn, I'm either needing sleep, or an MRI. Probably both, lol!

I take it 10mg is a year round regimen? I'm under the impression that a dose like that isn't HTPA suppressive for most. I like the idea of year round 10mg. I've never thought about that before. Extremely low sides, and positive nitrogen retention; lipids I'm not sure, but again, it's 10mg var..

As for the pharma GH, I did just recently have a birthday. Lol! And yes, 3IU pharma GH seven days/week sounds like something I'd like. The long term benefits, we'd be all week typing out, and being 3iu, can imagine much safer than the 9-10iu typical doses. Again, birthday was recent. Lol

If the 11-OXO's working like that, I'll try it. What dose do you like?

As for the IGF, is it the increlex r3igf-1? Dosing protocol?

No, I typically do 12-weeks on the var. I will probably go to 20mg soon. I am 5 weeks into the cycle.

I run the OXO at 450mg daily. Also for 12-weeks.

I will send a PM on the Increlex.

Thanks! I'll order the OXO this week. And are you not using var at higher doses like some at 60, 80, even 100mg/day when cycling? Guys these days do that often, and I wonder the later "return.." Ill admit, at 60mg/day, the sides far outweigh the anabolism for me. I like what you're thinking with the lower doses of aas- even very mild, but very effective var -that can affect lipids, liver, etc., At 22, sure, I'd step on the pedal hard. At 42, Im thinking, "don't believe I want a bypass next year, and a few strokes the following years," lol.
Btw, have you seen the jump in IFBB guys, and pro wrestler deaths? 90% cardiac, the remainder kidneys (ie, all those years of sky high blood pressure-Heavy androgens. Scary as well..

  10. Creatine is the safest and most researched product on the market. I don't know if there is anything on post workout timing but you aren't going to hurt yourself. I take 5-15g every day. You need it to accumulate in your system.
