    The naysayers are actually a good form of comedy as it's funny to me to read their nonsense. Guess I'm a "bad guy" for laughing at these wife-beater wearing turds who "try" (until I show up! Grrr!), to take up MY squat rack in order to do their 4-5 rep 135lb bicep curls. I show up, and do 20-30 reps with that weight, then leave after 45mins. LOL! Gotta love the internet these days, and it's "gurus."

    you should see some of the advice I read on a bodybuilding board. Way over the top ignorance. Some guys taking 2 grams test while not knowing how many calories they had the day before...

  3. Slightly off topic...But to the chemists:

    Wife and I are trying for #2 without luck. I was below normal in motility and morphology due to a varicocele. I started taking Maca, zinc/copper/sel/mang, extra citrulline malate, extra mag, iodine, green tea, cysteine, taurine, glutathione, and folic acid. I have also started eating a crap load of oysters and celery. My last 2 tests had my other markers are through the roof and libido is that of a teenager; motility and morphology were in the normal range, but in the mid low normal range, so I would like some improvement there.

  5. I was on anabolicminds for a few years. All of these boards are moronic for the most part. I had a bit of a following so I would get the constant PMs. Can I party while on anadrol? Why aren't I gaining, etc. Guys taking gear and working out once a week. Really comical stuff.

    Yeah, I understand. I made the mistake of posting pics last month, and my inbox went insane. And since the 95% won't actually listen to me when I say it's all food, INTENSE training, and 8-9hrs SLEEP, the results are a joke. These lazy, looking for a silver-bullet types are the same one's who make it difficult for the rest of us when they wind up in the ER while using a poison called DNP. It's literally stunning what people will do these days vs actually listening...:( I used T3, and that was then.... Today, these dickheads think DNP will get them by as they eat garbage, and do nothing else besides wash their wife-beater's. What a joke TRUE bodybuilding has become...

    I depend on my board so I can get what I need from the FEW reputable sources out there, but am damned close to saying "stick it in your ass, you lazy bastards." There's something seriously wrong with the generations coming up these days...:(

  7. Well the decouplers work. Sides include gigantism, cardiomyopathy and death. (joking about the gigantism).

    Quick story/anecdote. I knew this SA bodybuilder from Cape Town. Huge guy, genetically. Came from a wealthy mining family and could get anything he wanted. Asked me to consult with him on diet and training. The guy would literally smoke 2 packs a day and eat McD. He was on everything (IGF, myo-inhibitors (think he was scammed? lol)), insulin, etc. The guy would sit there on a Skype connection curling 40s at 265lbs and 6%. He got to 6% on decouplers and died from acute-tox. There was some illicit drugs involved, but not the cause of death.
