If your kids are with you, shoulder press them! Unless of course they are too light for it to count or too heavy. My son is young enough (2) that he thinks it is hilarious for me to shoulder press him and do curls and Tricep extensions with him. He of course isn't very heavy though.
Came across a you tube the other day of him benching dumbbells during his championship years...200lb dumbbells! An article in MMI last year said in his early training years he ate lots of fried catfish. It said he had genetics such that he could eat anything and still make huge gains. Gotta love his tour bus.
If you've been training, why not do nothing for week? I just took 9 days off...first time in a year I took such a long break. Everything felt great when I got back to the gym this week.
He's on swim team. I was tossing him in the pool and he hit one of the light fixtures. I will check ceiling height.
