If you have the old one way system (3000) and depend on it, do not disconnect your service unless you plan to install a new satellite system or go to cable. The company is running a "We No Longer Support It" scam to get rid of the older gear. They will not reconnect you. Most of you potentially affected would have been either old Hughes or Direcway people and would recently have seen your account go to HughesNet. Support at the new company is a nightmare - - as bad as you'll find out there. Been with them 6+ years and made the mistake of temporarily disconnecting the service after some fool in India trying to help me speed up my service got me to uninstall the software which we couldnt get back in until I fixed op system bugs.
