  2. Yup. I knew it. That bear just wanted to go down on me!

  3. Do da word "Vee-Wop" ring a bell, Sapphire?

No need to post a chart for this time of day. It looks exactly like the last six days.

  4. MM's are so unoriginal. What makes them think we would fall for the same trick twice? They must think we're stupid! We aren't! Are we?

  5. Guess we are!

  6. I am going to stick my neck out and say that this SEVENTH day of constipation is where NQ finally takes its crap. I'll be dead before tomorrow, so what the hell.

  7. In these brief precious moments left to me, I would like to say this in defense of all the maniacal traders out there. It is often said that "You'd have to be crazy to want to be a trader!" I go one step further and assert that you HAVE to be crazy to be a GOOD trader. As Baron kills my seventeen aliases one by one (oh, I hear your piteous cries, my pretties!), I only want to point out that each one of them played its role. Whereas most of them thought Jack Hershey was full of shit, one was a true believer. Whereas most blindly followed the ticks up and down, one said, wait, I smell a rat! Whereas most said classical TA is crap, one brave alias said, not all the time! Most said, Phoenix is such a dick, but one said, let's look past that. Together, they gave me (and you) an iconoclastic view of the markets (or at least of NQ) whose passing ye shall all lament. I know that I shall not trade as well again, because their existence was more real on ET that it was in my own mind. Exeunt all!

Mr. Merchant (I'm from the old school and will not call you by your first name without your permission):

As bright as you seem to be, I think you fail to understand what is really happening here at ET. You, besides contributing crystal clear charts and pithy comments (the information value of both is highly questionable) also provide much needed revenue to Baron.

Didn't know that did you? Conjecture on my part but consider:

When I joined ET last March there were about 25,000 members of ET. Now, about 10 months later, there are about 32,000 members, an increase of 7000. That's about 700 per month. ET gets paid for hits on advertiser's sites sent to them from ET and when advertiser's ads are displayed on ET. Let's assume ET charges the advertiser's based on the number of site members. Now you admit to 14 aliases. But as farseeing and all-knowing as you are, I'll bet you created at least that many per week just to keep ahead of Baron and Magna. Since it's been about 43 weeks, that means you've created about 600 new ET members all by yourself. Baron gets paid for each of your aliases - more money for his trading.

So despite your coming death I'll not grieve for I believe in your reincarnation.

  9. Wery vitty! En fait I have only seventeen aliases, to the best of my recollection, since signing on here in January of aught 2. Collectively they have generated a huge amoung of traffic for Baron, perhaps as many as 400K hits. As to the value of my posts, rest assured that I do not post my best stuff. But my worst is better than 'most every body else's best.

  10. Well, ah huh, thanks for that. It was worth the time for me. God speed.
