Language is funny thing that we treat objectively as it doesn't always tell the whole truth as what most people say is at least a partial lie. The trend of the messager usually gets to the heart of it all. Thanks to all of us who genuinely want to best for everyone and are not personally rewarded by seeing others fail. Atticus might have just been sticking to his convictions on being a responsible ET poster and deep down really wanted to see me succeed....I am not sure on that yet but I will assume the best until proven otherwise. But thanks Pekelo for supporting me by being vocal and wanting to see me succeed as me succeeding is we succeeding.
I gain nothing by seeing you fail. I commended you on the first trade, so I don't know what you're whining about... other than to gloat for those that you feel have slighted you somehow. Will you gloat if you lose 300 pips on the next series of trades? Somehow I think not. Posting to ET is no-lose; if you win you can gloat, if you lose you simply drop your handle.
here we go!....now this cat really wishes I posted 3 losers. Why don't you criticise my journal specifically as you will find someone who not only made 3 positive trades but I also anticipated the recent reversal in both the EUR/USD and stocks nearly 2 weeks ago on 8/02. The 2 out of the 3 trades had zero drawdown while the other trade only had like 30ish pips drawdown. Quality trades bro...sure I could post 3 winning lame FX daytrades in the next hour.
Alright, I was maybe too strong with my language. No, you didn't say you want to see profitable trades, but I thought that was implied, again, who cares about seeing losing trades? So if I offended your sensitive soul, I apologize. No hard feelings, right? After all he is posting the trades as he said so... P.S.: Moving on....
I only gloat as I was attacked for not posting trades. I start posting trades and everyone disappears...except you as you did commend my first trade while my bluntly aggressive critics were no where to be found...? I don't plan on dropping my handle and moving on like most folks here as my real name has already been mentioned on this thread. I really am not lacking the genuine confidence to post quality trades as I have been doing this for a long time. Experience is where my confidence rests

Right now, I see down. At what point approximately will it turn back up? As for the big picture, several opinions that I follow agree that we will top out mid- August. One estimates SPX 1300. Then we fall. What do you think the market will do 6 months down the road? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FXWave Registered: Jul 2010 Posts: 121 The charts currently look near complete and due a retrace; yet they also look good to test the highs further and if the 8/11 date has any validity then a week of higher to sideways pricing might be just what the "top-doctor" has ordered. Stocks also look good for some further testing of the highs as they just stepped into the right territory to conveniently "bust" some stop orders. http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=203992
We are all so very proud of your three trades... I have could care less if you fail or succeed. The fact of the matter remains - a quality trader who knows he's a quality trader, will not gloat over three successful trades. Three successful trades should be treated as "business as usual" if you do it consistently. Since you feel the need to gloat, I suspect this has not happened very often for you. Trolling for attention after a couple of successful trades is very bad taste and really highlights the lack of success you've had in the past. That being said, I do wish you luck - trading is difficult. But I would recommend exercising some degree of humbleness. If you don't, the market will surely teach you this. I'm sure you'll learn as your trading proceeds...
