Lol, you’d better update yourself then on the other states that have the same or very similar Constitutional carry laws. You’ll find yourself avoiding several states. Here’s a list so you can plan your next vacation. https://www.concealedcarry.com/law/constitutional-carry-and-permitless-carry-in-depth-overview/ Gee, if this is all it takes to keep crazy liberals from our state, should have done it years ago. Edit, that map is out of date, there’s more green states. Add Oklahoma to the list. I believe this site is more up to date. https://www.gunstocarry.com/ccw-reciprocity-map/#maps
Those are not open carry without permit states. You are confused it seems. Dudes walking around with rifles and guns in public look more gay than even the most colorful lgbtq members in your neighborhood. Literally rednecks diving full throttle back into the 18th century. While China will overtake the US economically in just a few short years. Perfect resemblance of a crumbling empire. I bet you wank on your bill of rights each night. It's incredibly funny to watch from the outside how this drama unfolds.
I don’t know how to define it any differently, another site; States permit open carry without requiring the citizen to apply for any permit or license: (11) Alaska Montana Idaho Wyoming Nevada Arizona New Mexico South Dakota Vermont Kentucky Virginia Add Oklahoma to that list. https://www.ibtimes.com/which-states-allow-open-carry-us-full-list-312409
I'm from Oklahoma, and I'm not a big fan of open carry. I don't mind ranchers doing it out in rural areas, but I don't want someone walking into a store with an AR-15 on their back. This law requires common sense, and unfortunately that's not something everyone possesses.
I do agree on open carry, side arm no big deal, AR-15 over the shoulder... that’s stupid I agree but I really don't think it will be an issue after the euphoria is gone. Moved from the metro to rural years ago. Tis nothing to see someone with a side arm or hunting rifle in public. What I do like is removing the right to carry from bureaucrats. It will be much harder to restrict now. Criminals will always have guns, it’s the rights of law abiding citizens that need protection. Other states have this and it doesn’t seem to be a problem.
https://okpolicy.org/new-census-dat...d-uninsured-rate-for-second-consecutive-year/ maybe they should've invested those 300-1200$ into the Trump economy?
Meh, I just carry. Period. I was strapped in Chicago most of the time. I deposited my piece in a locker across the street from work on the way in and collected it on the way out. Simple. I don't regard myself as a scofflaw. The constitution is very clear.... "shall not be infringed".
