This is great news! Less stimulus money for those six states means more stimulus money for the 44 states that want it. GREAT FUCKING NEWS. I wish more states (except mine) refuse stimulus money. Obama was right about one thing "Use it or lose it."
I hope they do. It's about time somebody grew some fucking balls. And BTW there is VERY little stimulus in the package to begin with.
