The U.S. produces pretty much what the U.S. uses when it comes to oil. So tariffs aren't really going to impact anything when there's no net imports to tariff.

What are some good sources I can use to watch the curve? Which platforms? websites? I'm assuming CBOE?

That’s not the forward curve. For example, at 8:06am May20 is +0.51, Sep20 is +$1.01 and Dec20 is +$1.15
