OIL SET TO surge Monday. Record oil production cut! Intervention is everywhere

Another surprise. Dow Futures opened 372 pts higher but the news isn't really a good one.

 

The oil drop totally got me but my prediction for market futures dropping I was right on. However thought there would be a 3% drop at the open not 2%
Oh well

Oil was up near 24.59 or about 5-6%....guess markets wanted a 15-20 million barrel reduction
