    I don't think they are smart acting this way. Short term smart? Yes, because they collect huge cash. Long term intelligent? No, because people are angry and will do everything (reduce consumption, alternative energy) to get rid of oil, and then one phrase to be said to the OPEC "keep your oil, we got enough with you".
