The amazing thing is that the Yemeni pipeline only carried 155,000 barrels/day and Afghanistan has almost no oil. In other words, it's a fear-based market where even the slightest perturbation causes the big boys to pull the trigger. This, in my very layman's opinion, will make it very hard for oil to ever settle for long in the 60's that everyone is hoping for.
