Oils/Oil services are definitely a sector that is not for the faint of heart, however, much opportunity exists in them almost every day (anyone catch that $XOI -35 move on monday?). I recommenced following a group of oils and then expanding your universe. Stay away from high priced/crazy ones lie AHC & VLO: they are a recipe for disaster for newbies.
