    Hi there,

I'm looking for stocks of oil companies which have no exposure to the upcoming meltdown in the arabic world (and neither in Russia); have you got some nice pick? Preferably in Europe or in the US.

    Many thanks for you answer.

    Best,

    Freddy,

Ive been doing a lot of research on domestic oil companies. I'm not much of a trader but I do have a lot of friends in the oil buisness. HK (Petrohawk) is an exploration company that has one of the largest plays in the Eagleford Shale in South Texas. I know the Eagleford has the ability to be very productive. Many of the exploration companies in this area have had there pumps 'turn down to where they're producing less than 10% of their capabilities waiting for prices to go back up. Right now they are pretty high, I don't know when they'll start cranking out barrels, but if they wait to much longer they oil prices might go back down. This is a very practical way of looking at it but someone else on here might be able to share the market side of it.
