They work out of St. Vincent and The Grenadines for their banking services - as well as having their trading service in lovely Anguilla. The information on St. Vincent and the financial legislation there seems very interesting : https://www.globalhorizononline.com/Public/StVincents.xml . Oh, they are of course off limits to US citizens too. So much for the land of the free ... I imagine there are a lot of opinions on offshore firms like this - but anyone have any facts on this one ?
