I am looking for a service provider to start up an offshore hedge fund. It can be based in BVI, Cayman, or even Anguilla. The jurisdiction is not as important as the start up cost. I was quoted $20k right now. I think the it is pricy as the legal doc template is already there. And is there any better priced pacakges? Thanks.
