The fact that you are not voting tells everything to me. Do not translate your low energy to others. I was in PA recently and in lake Ariel region Trump signs where more than 10:1 over Harris. Anyway, we will see who is right very soon.

If cheating is contained, President Donald Trump will win this. With widespread cheating like in 2020, Kamala Harris will win it. They already found over 2,000 registered illegal voters in Iowa, also, attempted election fraud in Pennsylvania discovered by election officials. It is ballot harvesting on a grand scale of dead people's votes, seniors in convalescent centers with dementia, voters who have moved, etc where the massive fraud will occur. 2000 Mules proved it beyond doubt. They will try it again with RINOs abetting the cheating. Watch Arizona and Georgia with RINO governors who hate President Donald Trump.

  4. This post might be more appropriate for the fix is in thread.
Read the 14th ammendment, section 3. IMO, Congress will not certify the 2024 election using Section 3 as the reason. It takes 2/3 vote of both congress and senate to override section 3.
You will soon find out why they have spent so much time calling a protest an insurrection. At best, this stays tied up for a many months long legal battle during which this country erupts into chaos. Watch and see.

  7. Using that definition nearly every single riot we witnessed during 2020 was an insurrection. In fact one could argue that every riot we've ever had was am insurrection. All of the 2020 riots were much more violent than the J6 mostly peaceful protest. All were against "an authority or government", be it local, state or federal.

As I have stated all along... lock the violent insurrectionists from both extremes up for lengthy prison sentences -- whether they are BLM insurrectionists or J6 insurrectionists.

Did a lot of cops have heart attacks and commit suicide after the BLM stuff then? If not, this might suggest a difference in intensity.

In the case of January 6th, the event disrupted Congress while it was performing a constitutional duty to certify an election, which goes beyond general protest and directly interferes with government processes.

The dictionary definition provides a starting point, but the real distinction comes from context, intent, and outcome.
