I'd like to know how everyone handles their off days. I don't necessary mean a losing day. Today, I've only lost a relatively small amount so far. It's not the loss that concerns me. It's the fact that I just feel off. Does anyone ever just feel out of touch with the market, like you can't seem to get the rhythm down or you're strategically destabalized and flip-flopping positions? Is it not actually the individual, maybe it's the market that's behaving out of the ordinary? How do you handle days like this? Maybe go out for a walk and try again later? Do you chalk the day up for a loss and hope for better tomorrow? Do you bear through it and try to clear your mind while still at the computer? Are these just normal days in which draw downs inevitably happen?
