Well TJ, I did not even go up to my trading room today Monday. Needed an end of day signal the trend had turned. Came up long after the market had closed today Monday and find that I do have a confirming END OF DAY signal to complement your earlier signal of a trend change. Thought it would be later in the week? However it is there, so we start trading tomorrow again in the reverse direction. You want to give me your trend change signal again? I think it was the EURO and the USD. It seems to be two days earlier than mine?

  2. falconview, happy to see the impending correction on its way! Wish I had a clue how to predict that myself. Haven't got that down yet.

  4. Falconview:

EUR/USD signal of Friday came when it visited 1.3465. It traded below 1.34 early morning today. BUT a new signal came saying end of this little correction in EUR/USD, and to consider shorting at a number higher than 1.35. That number has to be computed.

The selloff of yesterday in stock market is not yet confirmed by my models, but it was predicted. It is the confirmation this the models are waiting for.

EUR/USD is sending mixed messages to stock market traders. My models are however saying that this is probably the last rise in EUR/USD before a more meaningful retreat.

By the models were right on EUR/USD last friday. Draw a line on the chart to see what one could have made as money in those gyrations.

  5. Falconview:

People seem to be confused in EUR/USD. It just broke the high of yesterday (and it broke the low of yesterday as well).

A new signal came saying to short it starting where it is now (1.3512), but to do it cautiously as the real sellers are more in the area of 1.3550 to 1.36. So entering at current level is sort of to avoid missing on down moves. 1.3513 is the high of the day.

UDPATE: 7 minutes later it fell to 1.3463. Very fast fall, and to the area the models gave last Friday (which is 1.3465).

Selling a 100K EUR/USD (which requires 2K EUR margin) would have made $450 in 7 minutes. In Belize's money, is it 3 week expenses of the high life of Falconview?:)

Those type of gyrations are too fast for me. I prefer the longer end of day trades and using intra-day data for entering, or exiting. But not for trading.

I have a confirmed signal down the for new trend. But I do expect an upward move for the moment. The high was 520 on the OEX or something like that. I do not expect it to go to 525. I'm debating with myself and dithering about putting on an overhead leg in my credit spread for the WEEKLY OPTION trade?

I am also waiting to see what sort of pull up we get after the trend change signal to start the new debit spread strategy I will start testing this week, on scratch paper.

  7. In relation to that subject, I sent you my email address as you suggested some posts ago, but I did not receive anything. I wanted to let you know in case you sent something that I did not receive, and if you did send you now know why I have not sent a thank you email back.

My cost of living in Belize is very cheap compared to the USA. Think $600 to $700 a month for an upper middle class existance, with gardner, handyman and one day a week maid/house cleaner. My medical is FREE here, not like the USA. I surrendered my medicare up there a few years ago.

I have not received your email at all. Did you have my private email right? Ask Michael, he has it and I believe he has yours.

  10. I doubt people can afford a Gardner, and handyman and a maid. You are living the high life. Do they call you Sir. Falcon and Madame Falcon?

Maybe our friend Senior Miguel can afford it, but I do not know any one who can afford it around here?

Senior Miguel seems to be busy. (Hi Michael--- trying some jokes around here).
