That's a bit overboard... I've been using them for years now and it's not a 'long history' of problems. Every broker has an issue here and there, but OEC is great at getting things corrected.
commissions are just not competitive especially given the problems I would add them as a second broker if they had been competitive with the new Asian futures being offered, but they charge $10 a RT... so I'm going with a different broker
