    Not farfetched.

We are talking about the most bought and paid for fucking losers on planet earth: Congress. While a few do actually work for the good of the people...the majority are self serving dickbags with no real world experience at anything other than seeking their own re-election.

Bring along a guy like Trumpy, who’s not hip to their game, not a part of the club...wouldn’t shock me for a minute to see two wings flap at the same time. That’s how birds fly...

    Doubt it...but it’s certainly a possibility.

Trump's pissed on so many shoes they'd gladly throw him to the wolves if McConnell gives his blessing. Thing is, how they bring their constituents to the fold? I'd say just bringing light to the facts and stopping the gaslighting would be enough.

Fact is - Trump’s done a good job.
Fact is - he’s not one of the gang.
Hence - perpetual impeachment push since day 1.

That’s exactly what the Dems needed to understand during the impeachment inquiry.

a distraction. A criminal doesn't get a pass for committing a crime against another alleged criminal. It's been clear Trump wants to make a spectacle of the trial and use it as a campaign rally by flinging mud at the other side, regardless of the relevance to the case. Thankfully, it looks like McConnell is having none of that.

Maybe propose witnesses material to the abuse of power/obstruction charges, not the victims of said charges?

As much as I’d love to see these people outed and shown the door, I think America will overwhelmingly thank Senate Republicans for ending this charade.

Sad but today everyone just accepts the fact there’s a different set of rules for lifetime career politicians and their minions. They operate solely for their own self interests and re-elections.

  10. Trumps willingness to run a full trial has had enormous impact on the dems though. They see that the trial has already skipped out to almost February now so they have limited the articles of impeachment knowing that we could easily go into March if they want to go full blown. Because if they want a big circus, hey Trump wants to be ringmaster.

The other thing is that the dems want to do in the senate what they did in the house which is to call also sorts of witnesses but they have to be very, very careful in doing that in the senate because trump and republicans are aching to outdo them if they try that game there.

As I said in an earlier post. I am in favor of a quick wrap up in the senate at the earlier possibility or the other extreme, which is to run it all the way out to spring. Either way is fine I think. What is not fine is to give the dems a sweet little period of just dumping on Trump and then they return to campaigning on their timetable. Nope. Either play the game of keeping it short and tidy or give em the full punishment. This is not their first impeachment attempt and it will not be their last. Make em bleed and think twice about coming again.

If they want to see a full impeachment of Joe Biden rather than the partial one he has had already, CAN DO. Hillary would love it.
