Odds Czar: Simple Biases in the Futures Markets 2006

Discussion in 'Journals' started by Art Collins, Jan 2, 2006.

  1. Art's futures biases for June 1.

A "1" means bullish bias. A "-1" means bearish bias. The total is the sum of biases. A positive sum will be long bias. A negative sum will be a short bias. A sum of zero will be a neutral bias

  2. I'm going to steer clear of the indexes tomorrow. The bonds continue to suggest buys across the complex. Continue to trust the bullish CzarChart readings there unless the 30-year trades under 10600. That would trigger a separate bearish signal that could see weakness spanning up to five days.

Sheesh! I think 6-6-06 came a couple days late!

While I don't believe that Thursday's stock rally is going to ultimately hold as a meaningful change in direction, the CzarCharts are urging, if anything, to be long. I'm sitting out that market. My preferred play for Friday will be to follow the short-biased signals in the Japanese yen.

  10. Hi

Great thread - very helpful to see the way you analyse/think. What kind of returns has all this given you?
