For Tuesday, the CzarCharts are continuing to project up action in the currencies. The bond indicators, on the other hand, are bearish. This may suggest a rally in the stock market, though the Czar readings are neutral. I would be wary of following a sharply lower opening to the downside; such a setup would probably be a buying opportunity.
