Which are the platforms + feed combination (for ex. Trademaven + Jtrader feed) that offer the feature to allow an OCO (one cancels other) order to be executed at the Broker server side -- and not from the (probably) more unreliable client side?
QuantDeveloper simulates OCA on the client side for brokers not supporting OCA on the server side and sends OCA groups to brokers that support this feature natively ( IB ) Regards, Anton www.smartquant.com
Do you mean Interactive Brokers TWS supports the native OCO/OCA at their broker side (so if the trader PC client goes down the order will be still active with its 2 legs)?
Yes, this is what I mean. When you create an order in QuantDeveloper and set OCA, it's passed to IB and executed on IB server side. Regards, Anton www.smartquant.com
All synthetic orders (not native to the exchanges) are run on the server side in the FCM facility this means that even if you internet crashes or computer breaks down your order are executed flawlessly with SR SR also allows you to deploy black box systems on the FCM servers
Yes, IB supports OCO/OCA for all products. Orders will be on our server so, once placed, will work even if you are not connected.
