Easy programming environments are usually limited in what you can do. NinjaTrader has a strategy wizard but I don't recall that it had capabilities to deal with the details of orders. Ninjatrader is very well documented and has a great forum though, at your level of programming ability, you could probably learn in that environment. The last place you would want to go would be Openquant but another good environment for programming might be Sierra Charts.
