But you should recognize that there are no real barriers to entry in the alternative "medicine" area other than a lack of scruples, as charlatans exploit the desperate hopes of the dying and their loved ones. Don't beat yourself up about it. I'm sure that you and your family did everything that you could. There is as much snake oil in alternative "medicine" as there is in the trading vendor arena.
