  3. i don't get it... anyone that takes their presentation seriously, that wishes to impart to their audience truthful fact should rely on their notes, right?

    you'd rather have some dickhead freewheeling it making things up talking out his ass?? (guess some you would)

    any you been to college? an outline and notes are hallmark of getting a rational point across to your audience! WTF??

    NOT their to replace your train of thought.

    Yes, I've been to college, but unlike Obama I did not have to give a speech 8 times a day, every day. A teleprompter and a speech writing staff who follows your policy guidelines would be essential. The only time one would have is for rapid pre-delivery review.

    The world leaders of yesteryear gave excellent speeches without the use of a teleprompter.
