Then you question is worthless. Every right wing person I know was pissed at bush's run away spending. We wanted a flat tax, we wanted less spending. The only assholes not pissed at the spending were the politicians and the neocon fake conservatives being quoted in the press.

Its very similar to when the mainstream media does a story on Christmas or Jesus - they always quote this former priest who does not seem to believe in the divinity of Christ for they Christian quotes. (he was part of some goofy movement - I think his name is dominic crossan).

So the media would look for a conservative and they would put Kristol on the panel or some other asshole neocon who never had any problem with spending.

Are you kidding me? This site is and was filled with Bush supporters and apologists. Like Fox, which sucked up and savored everything issued from the WH during Bush's reign, they are now more critical retrospectively. Doesn't work that way.
