Harvard Law Review is a political position. Has nothing to do with how "smart" you are. Don't forget Obama was several years older then the other students. Obama was half black so he got the minority vote for Harvard Law Review editor. I think Obama was an average student before Harvard but very political. I would still put the IQ of Bush over Obama
