So because Obama doesn't give Christmas presents to his kids, does not perhaps buy into that commercialism that is American's concept of Christmas...that means that Obama isn't a real Christian? Christmas presents are healthy for our society? Oy vey... Do you have any idea at all how the conclusions you are reaching about Obama have nothing at all to do with his belief or non belief in Jesus Christ and Christ's teachings...or the level of giving to and caring for his own children every day of the year Obama feels in his heart? How about this as a new concept: Let Jesus judge who is a real Christian. How about this Christian concept...one that is not practiced in America by so many Christians: Judge not... Matthew 7 I have a dream, a nation of Christians actually following the teachings of Jesus Christ, and practicing those principles in all of their affairs.
The presidency is mainly about the "show" when the electorate demands show business and vapid entertainment over substance. It started with Reagan, America voted in an actor and the casting agents began looking for people who could play the part...rather than actually be the president. How far we have fallen.

I don't claim to be a Christian...unlike the right wingers who wrap themselves in the flag and a cross, go to church on Sunday, make a show of Christmas, and then sin like mothers and worship materialism the rest of the week. If only Americans would practice the Christianity they preach...Imagine!!! What would Jesus do today if he were an American? Deny his healing powers to illegal aliens? Support waging war with Iraq on the basis of false evidence? Deny health benefits to first responders? Approve the pollution of the environment because it is good for business? The message of Jesus Christ is not being practiced in America by the multitude of so called followers of Jesus Christ.
