Yep. The two year thing is so that Congress would be forced to vote at least once in its term for a budget that included a standing army. They'd have to go on record. Today, of course, our bloated defense budget makes that clause a bad joke. Which goes to show you, you can put all the safeguards you want in a document, but if powerful interests line up to destroy it (in this case the defense lobby and their conservative enablers) even down to the letter, it will be destroyed.
I think the White House has finally censored Larry Sinclair. His website is nowhere to be found. This is the greatest censored story of the last 100 years! A new book is coming out on Michelle and Barack's relationship, and I bet this book has no mention of Mr. Sinclair whatsoever. The main stream media also dares not touch it. Obama had a lawyer working to silence Larry and I guess they've finally succeeded.

I was down in Millenium Park in Chicago for the election night party where he appeared. Bunch of disaffected kids with funny haircuts, tattoos, and backpacks elected this guy, hoping to vote money out of other people's pockets.
