Isn't obamas basic outline for healthcare to mandate required insurance for those that can afford it and to provide public funding for those that cannot.. Isn't this what is going on already? Those that can afford health care through work or through private plans are already supplementing those that do not have it with higher insurance rates? WTF is the difference?
Well... if there isn't going to be any change... maybe there will be some hope. And if there isn't any hope either, rest assured there WILL be plenty of new taxes.
