I was a supervisor and I had about $14,000 of my budget unspent.. so I went on a "fix up the labs" program and spent the entire budget in Colorado.. I wasn't the only one, Colorado actually went into an economic boom!! Rush Limbaugh has some weird advertisers, so does Phil Hendrie, they are on opposite ends of the political spectrum but both are controversial... I'd say lots of advertisers stay away from controversy...
