The data that you are asking for is not real-time data to be available on request and is not same as tracking hard enrollment figures. I am presenting data as it is, whether it's rosy and pretty is upto interpretation. You are asking for data that is not available to paint the opposite picture. There is only one person trying to spin the data and that's you. Obamacare totals? WAIITTT, show me the numbers that are not available so I can concern troll and if you don't provide it then it's all your fault.
I'm not trying to spin any data. And while I appreciate your backtracking on the whole "Obamacare is the greatest thing evAr" tirade, we both know the purpose you posted - to show what a success the program is. What I am saying is that it is impossible to judge whether it is a success or not based on only the information you provided. Other information, such as the mix of enrollees, and whether these people have paid, etc. is not only relevant, but critical. Concern troll...lol.
Sorry, but I never said anything like that at all. You are welcome to search the forum to prove I did. I appreciate your attempt to redirect the conversation away from the data failings of the OP you made, but it won't change the fact that more data is required for context.
The numbers are bogus. Here in SC the State Insurance Commissioner stated that 1/3 of those supposedly signed up are really not. Odumbo & Co. are doing anything and everything to try to put some lipstick on this pig. Per Charleston Post & Courier a few days ago: Approximately 55,000 residents in this state selected a marketplace insurance plan between Oct. 1 and March South Carolina Insurance Department Director Ray Farmer said Monday that his agency estimates that only about 37,000 of them have paid their first monthâs premium.
Yeah, I don't believe the numbers for a second - but that wasn't the argument I was trying to make. Since I don't have numbers any better than his, I can't call bunk on his without proof (that I do not have). However, the argument about the other information that is needed is a solid one, he just doesn't like it. I will be dollars to donuts that he gets all these talking points in some democratic mailer/blog that he visits regularly, he could be even paid to post them on a variety of forums. I wouldn't be surprised. The way you can tell is that they come out with a ton of postings right away, and they have enough knowledge on the issue to explain if someone questions them a bit on the topic. If someone goes deeper, however, they begin to flounder aimlessly and resort to more name calling and labeling. There are tons of these twits on the net.
