Obamacare to save Hawaii which went thru earthquake??

  1. The earthquake is an example where any state which incurs an extraordinary health care situation will fall under the provision mentioned.

  6. Because he said "the earthquake in Hawaii". He didn't say the 2006, the 1975 earthquake.

    With all these earthquakes one can only hope that Obamacare gets passed soon so residents of all 57 states will see that 3000% reduction in their premiums.
