They're just angry about Obamacare dying so they're latching on to another subject just for something to rage about.

I've tried to understand the birther thing but I just don't get it. I saw that the birth certificate was released and it clearly indicated that Obama was born in the USA so I can't understand why there is still an issue.

Perhaps the problem is that I'm not a lawyer and don't have much experience with legal issues. I've never sued anyone or been sued by anyone. Still, I can see and touch the birth certificate so what is the problem?

  4. Jem brought the birther subject into this thread 377

He then said I was rewriting my posts so I posted my previous posts showing that what I posted today is what I have posted in the past

I am not angry at all about Obamacare. The last 3 days have been nothing but a show and Obamacare will be upheld imo.If I'm wrong I will say so in June when The SC gives their ruling

AK - you made a prediction about the outcome of a legal case.

I was pointing out your legal predictions were not so hot... of course we not expect them to be because you got your law degree up there in Canada from the Molson factory... eh.

Frankly, I was surprised you got the panties up all caught up in a bunch over that statement.

I haven't looked at Intrade but I would be willing to bet a little money that Obamacare will be struck down formally when the ruling comes through in June based upon the very clear signals sent by the Justices during todays arguments.

Its funny that the left was ever able to spin this as close.

The provision is unconstitutional as hell and we have 5 justices who respect the constitution.

Not a tough call unless the admin can buy these judges off with nuclear reactor approvals...as it seems they did with the election official in georgia.

  9. Welcome to the mind of a birther. The Georgia birther case that birthers thought would keep Obama off the ballot fails and birthers like jem thinks its because Obama approved a nuclear reactor

Its funny cause the left wing justices are such a crew of big government zombies, that none of the news channels even had to bring them up. Everyone knew damn well they would not even look at the case and that they were a lock to support the government.

The news channels dont even mention their opinion, cause there is no chance it will change, and no chance they would vote against Obama.

Yet these big government left wing parasites try to make the claim that they are "big thinkers"

Its comical, cause the only opinions that are actually going to change either way are the conservative justices.

You could bet your kids on the way that sotomayor, ginsburg, and Kagan are going to vote, and you would never have to worry about being wrong.
